Terms & Conditions By your child attending classes at The Marylebone Ballet School or Vacani Ballet, Bayswater you agree to adhere to the following rules of the School: All fees must be paid in full within three weeks of term commencing. The School reserves the right to charge an additional 10% of overdue fees. Fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the school due to sickness or unforeseeable circumstances. Where possible, one term’s notice is required to terminate your child’s place at the school. Pupils must wear the correct school uniform for each class (see ‘Uniform’ section of the web site for details). No jewellery is to be worn for classes. Items left in the changing room are left at your own risk. The school accepts no responsibility for the security of valuables, and pupils are advised that these items should be left at home. No food or chewing gum is allowed during classes. Parents / pupils should speak to the Principal before undertaking outside lessons, auditions, performances or professional engagements. Children must be collected by parents / guardians on time. The teacher or assistant will do their best to monitor collections of pupils but parents should be aware that the Schools’ insurance policy only covers pupils during their class times. |
