KEZIA MITCHELL graduated from the London College of Dance, Middlesex University in 1998 with a 1st class BA Hons Degree in Dance and four teaching qualifications in Cecchetti Ballet, Imperial Ballet, Modern and National Dance.

Since then she has gained her Licentiate teaching qualification in the Cecchetti method, and has been awarded the Nora Roche scholarship by the Cecchetti Society.

Kezia has owned The Marylebone Ballet School since 2003. She has managed the Bayswater branch of Vacani School of Dancing for the last seven years and became sole owner and Principal in 2005.

 

 

SARAH CATERALL trained at Elmhurst Ballet School and then went on a Scholarship programme, training at Broadway Dance Centre in New York. 

Since then she has performed in several musicals including Buddy Holly and has worked as a dancer with various artists including Kylie Minogue.

Sarah has taught at various Ballet Schools since 2003 and became Senior Teacher of Vacani Ballet, Bayswater and Marylebone Ballet School in 2005 teaching Ballet and Musical Theatre.

 

JO MEREDITH trained at London Studio Centre and the London Contemporary Dance School. Immediately after graduation she joined Diversions Dance Company, as an apprentice.

Since leaving Wales she has danced in a variety of productions in London, including Black Maria at the Lilian Baylis Theatre and Olga The Brolga at the Unicorn Theatre.

She has danced in a UK tour of Didy Veldman's Peter and The Wolf and a production of Rusalka at Grange Park Opera in Hampshire in 2008.

In 2006 she founded her own small dance company Lo Commotion. The company work on a project basis and have performed two works at The Place and The Robin Howard Dance Theatre.

Jo has been teaching and assisting for The Marylebone Ballet School and Vacani Ballet, Bayswater since 2006.

 

JORUNN (Jo) GRAVEM is a professional dancer from Norway. She studied ballet, jazz dance, contemporary dance, tap and flamenco at Kate Simmons Dance LTD near Manchester for 3 years, gaining National diploma in professional dance in 2005. In addition to her professional dance qualifications she has been an associate teacher in Cecchetti ballet with ISTD since 2005.

Since moving to London in 2006 she has been teaching in different dance schools around London for children of all levels. She has successfully submitted students to exams across different levels with both ISTD and RAD.

In addition to teaching dance she is studying towards a BA(Hons) in professional practice.

 

BETHANY ELLIOT trained at The Royal Ballet School and has since worked with The Royal Ballet, Vienna Festival, Ijad Dance and, most recently, Matthew Bournes' New Adventures on an international tour of Edward Scissorhands.

She has also worked with Jennifer Jackson (Unwrapped and In The Reveal) and Susie Crow (The Soldiers' Tale, Long Hot Summer and Black Maria) of B.I.G (Ballet Independants Group). She co-founded, choreographed and danced for her own company Neophilia, performing Woman at The Place in 2004.

Her film credits include The Phantom Of The Opera (2003). Bethany is a former Head of Ballet at Ravenscourt Theatre School and continues to teach ballet as part of the "Making Colliers Wood Happy" project.
