In order for the teacher and pupils to maintain maximum concentration it is important that we have no parents watching the classes, therefore keeping disruption in the class to a minimum.  Exceptions will be made for children attending for the first time.

Parents will be invited to attend a special ‘watching week’ on the last class of term, and the children have a ‘dressing up’ week for the penultimate lesson of term.

Unfortunately the premises does not have an official changing area for the children so in order for the classes to run as smoothly as possible I shall be grateful if you will please note and remember the following points: 

- Please use the kitchen and entrance lobby as the changing area.
- Please would you leave the hall as soon as the children come to sit on the floor ready for the register to be taken  (or in the case of older pupils, go to the barre to begin warming up prior to the start of each class), and remain outside the hall until the end of your child’s class each week.

I do hope these requests will not cause you too much inconvenience, but I feel they are necessary to avoid distractions during classes.
